Sparrow would love to welcome you into our family of volunteers! As a volunteer, you can help create meaningful opportunities for women and families to experience restoration, community, and healing. If you are new here, please fill out our FIRST TIME VOLUNTEER FORM. If you are a returning volunteer, please sign up for your specific area of interest.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Each week, Restore participants and their children are invited to share dinner together before the evening program begins. This meaningful time is designed to foster community, connection, and joy.
This is a wonderful opportunity for ministry groups, friends, or families to serve together to provide a meal for one (or more) gathering.
PROVIDE A MEAL FOR RESTORE
SEPTEMBER 28 - NOVEMBER 2, 2026
Sparrow Restore is a program for women overcoming difficult circumstances, and in need of relational and spiritual support.
We are looking for faithful friends to join us on Monday nights to help in Restore Kids, where volunteers serve by playing with kids, assisting the lead teacher, and helping during dinner and craft time.
RESTORE KIDS VOLUNTEER
SEPTEMBER 28 - NOVEMBER 9, 2026
After six weeks of leaning into the truth of God and growing in their love for God, Restore participants and their families are invited to an art show of their work, seated dinner, and intentional time of encouragement from their mentors. This evening is celebration of all God has done and will continue to do.
We would love for you, your small group, or your business to consider sponsoring this special evening.

Sparrow Restore is a program for women experiencing difficulty, and in need of relational and spiritual support. One of the most meaningful ways we can support their healing is through prayer.
We would love faithful friends to join us on Monday nights from 6:10-8:30 at Sparrow on Main to pray as the women meet.

Restore mentors walk alongside one woman participating in the Restore program, helping her navigate everything she is learning while serving as an encourager and guide throughout the program and through the various trials life may bring.
Restore mentor opportunities are limited, and each mentor is thoughtfully and prayerfully matched with a participant.

8 WEEK COMMITMENT
At the Sparrow Winter Identity Course, women embrace the truth of who they are as children of God, gaining clarity and confidence in their God-given identity, gifts, and purpose. This two-day event takes place at Sparrow on Main.
Volunteer opportunities include helping with setup and teardown, serving meals, working the merchandise table, and praying.
WINTER IDENTITY COURSE VOLUNTEER
FEBRUARY 5-6, 2027
The Sparrow & Co. Holiday Market is a time for the community to shop with purpose. This event showcases local artisans while advancing our mission to impact women and families throughout the community.
Volunteer opportunities range from helping with setup and teardown to assisting guests throughout the event.

On occasion, unforeseen needs arise that require time, energy, strength, and more to meet the needs of women and families. Opportunities range from moving a woman’s belongings to a new and/or safe location, providing rides, cleaning, completing small handyman jobs, and a variety of other needs.
We’d love to add to our team of ready and willing volunteers.
