Sparrow Collective equips and empowers all women to understand their God-given significance and intentionally live by providing avenues for Kingdom impact.
In 2019, God blessed Sparrow with the use of a historical building, now home to our four ministry initiatives: Sparrow Restore, Sparrow Equip, Sparrow & Co, and Sparrow on Main.
Through the generosity of the building’s owners, we were able to fully restore this historical building to be a beautiful space where women can find restoration spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and economically.

OUR STORY
Sparrow began as women’s Bible study in the home of our founder and CEO, Rachel Joy. In this intimate setting women experienced how the Gospel of Jesus Christ breaks down walls, sets people free, gives each of us a unique identity in Him. Through this study in a small living room, women were set on mission with Kingdom purpose! Seeking to unify more women with the truth of the Gospel and catalyze them into Kingdom work, the Sparrow Conference was born. This conference served women nationwide from 2012-2019.
In 2020, with God’s leading and place to call home, we launched Sparrow Collective with the vision to equip and empower all women to live on purpose and for a purpose. Through the years, we’ve seen this happen time and time again. We’ve seen lives restored, we’ve seen loneliness turn into meaningful community, we’ve seen women gain clarity and confidence in their identity and move forward in their God-given purpose… and so much more. We are eager to see what the Lord has for Sparrow Collective in the years to come!
